Refunds
- Course fees are generally non-refundable once access to course materials has been granted.
- In exceptional cases (such as technical issues preventing access to content), refund requests may be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
- Any approved refund will be processed using the same method of payment within 7–14 business days.
Returns
- As our services are delivered online, there are no physical products to return.
- Access to digital materials cannot be “returned” once provided.
